We are excited to start the registration process for the upcoming CENTER STAGE DANCE dance season, starting in September 2023! 

Please complete the Two Step Registration Process to enroll your dancers at CENTER STAGE DANCE.

1. Please complete the Digital Registration Google Form first. This is our only form of registration. 
        There is no longer a paper form unless specifically requested. 
2. Mail first month's payment to the Studio mailing address.  **Please include a note with the student's name clearly written.
